AIRPORT Transfer
Your transport to and from Vienna International Airport (VIE) is arranged via our new partner Uber for your convenience.
Arrival: Use promo code HIVIENNA18261025 for your ride from the airport to the hotel. The code can also be used to order a second car if needed.
Departure: For your return trip to the airport, you will receive a separate Uber code in person at the Player’s Desk and/or the Shuttle Desk.

Important: Pickup at VIE: After requesting your Uber, follow the in-app directions. The pickup location at Vienna International Airport is on the departures level of Terminal 3 (Level 1).

Outside of the shuttle bus operating hours you can use the courtesy car service. Please understand that waiting times can occur.

Together with our partner BMW, we offer a shuttle service with branded cars, available from the hotel to Wiener Stadthalle as well as from hotel to Marx Halle.
To ensure a smooth transportation service with a minimum of waiting time, you are requested to state your requirements well in advance.
Important: Austrian Laws require all occupants of a passenger car to use safety belts. The police strictly enforce it and there is a fine for non-compliances.
The Austrian Laws also require special infants and children’s seats when transported in a passenger car. Requests for such seats must be made when making transport reservations. The drivers are not allowed to transport children without these seats.

Each player can receive a maximum of 2 credentials for his team, Player Coach or Player Physio or Player Guest.
Note
Please note that the credentials are strictly personal and not transferable. Any player’s guest, who breaks this rule, will jeopardize invitations for future years. Erste Bank Open credentials can in no way be transferred, whether for free or in return for payment.
